Agreement

These terms govern your use of zespiretech.com and Zespire products provided by Zespire Technologies Ltd, Gurugram, India. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

Free trials

• Self-serve plans include a 30-day free trial. Each product can be trialled once per account.
• No payment details are collected during the trial. We will contact you before any paid billing begins.
• You can cancel a trial at any time from your dashboard.

Fees and AI usage

Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on our pricing page, excluding applicable taxes. AI features are billed per use at the published rates. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, or use it in breach of applicable law. You are responsible for the content and data you put into Zespire products.

Zespire Quant

Zespire Quant is software, not an investment adviser or broker. You create and approve every strategy, orders are placed through your own broker account, and you are responsible for trading decisions and regulatory compliance. Backtested or simulated results do not guarantee future performance.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zespire’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
