Who we are

Zespire Technologies Ltd (“Zespire”, “we”), Gurugram, Haryana, India, operates zespiretech.com and the Zespire products. Contact us about privacy at founder@zespiretech.com.

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, company, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Plan and trial records: which products you try or subscribe to, and when.
• AI usage records: the product, model, token counts and cost of each AI request.
• Messages you send through our contact form, and job applications including your resume and compensation details.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and IP address, used for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and provide the products you choose.
• To meter and, once billing starts, invoice your usage.
• To reply to enquiries and send essential service emails.
• To improve our products. We do not sell personal data.

Where it is stored

Account and product data is stored with our infrastructure providers, including Supabase (Mumbai, India region) and Amazon Web Services. Providers process data only on our instructions.

Your choices

You can update your details, cancel plans from your dashboard, or ask us to export or delete your data by emailing founder@zespiretech.com. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
